He has a very refined palette and he LOVED this recipe. And the kicker… so did my 2 yr old boy and 1 yr old girl. I added only a teaspoon ish of hot sauce and mixed lots of sour cream into their bowl to cut the heat, and it worked great! It was also not too intensive to cook so was able to tend to babies while cooking. Thank you! Adding to our family favorite dishes.
