I&#039;ve never done that before. You can definitely make the crust a few days ahead. In terms of the filling, it will set so it may be a bit tricky to spoon into the crusts and get a smooth top. I would give it a try - the whipped cream will cover any blemishes! I&#039;d love to hear back on how it turns out.]]></description>
