Elayne – here you go; I did the math. This will make slightly over (+5 ounces) 1 gallon (excluding the ice):
– 10 2/3 cups (85.36 ounces or around 2/3 gallon) good quality vanilla ice cream
– 4 cups (32 ounces) brandy
– 2 cups (16 ounces) creme de cacao
