In reply to Gail Luckadoo. Yes you can definitely use ground turkey. Try to find turkey sausage if you can - I've used that and it was delicious.

Do you suppose I could use 1/2 Italian sausage and 1/2 ground turkey with this recipe? Looks delicious and I’m gonna try it today!
